We are looking for a warm, sharp and brilliantly organised Community Manager to run the day-to-day experience for the women inside Unstoppable the Mastermind. This is a chance to work at the heart of a fast-growing personal brand alongside Jess Williamson, a five-time founder, TEDx speaker and bestselling author, supporting a community of ambitious women building million-dollar personal brands.
You will be the steady, caring presence that makes our members feel seen, supported and always moving forward. You will represent Jess's voice and high standard in every interaction, and you will be the person who keeps the whole experience feeling personal as we grow.
What you will do
Own the member experience
- Run our member community day to day as the warm, consistent presence who keeps it active, welcomes new members and celebrates their wins.
- Help members help each other, building real friendships and connection rather than just a queue for answers.
- Be the go-to guide who points each member to the right next step using our framework, and checks in on how they are tracking toward their goals.
- Turn around member reviews quickly and to a high standard using our AI-assisted tools, so members always feel supported.
- Prep and support our coaching calls and hot seats by gathering and theming member questions ahead of time, and in time, host one session a month yourself.
- Keep our content library organised and easy to navigate, so members can always find exactly what they need.
- Welcome and onboard new members so they feel connected and clear from day one.

- Organised and proactive. You hold a high standard and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Comfortable with AI tools. You are happy using tools like Claude to work faster and better, and you love learning more.
- Switched on with content and marketing. You understand offers, funnels and landing pages well enough to give useful, on-brand feedback.
- Discreet, reliable and trustworthy. You can hold a standard and set boundaries kindly, and you can be trusted with our members and our brand.
Lovely to have
Optional, but you will stand out
None of these are essential, but they will make you stand out. Coaching and sales experience together is our top preference.
- Coaching experience. You will not be coaching, but understanding people's emotional needs and how to hold and support them makes all the difference in this role.
- Sales experience. You will be the one who hypes everyone up to attend the events, even though attendance is already included in their package, so a natural sense for selling the experience is a real plus.
- Content, messaging and marketing. An understanding of content creation, messaging and marketing helps enormously when it comes to curating the words that keep everyone connected and engaged.
- Membership world experience. Bonus points if you already know coaching, membership or community businesses.
- Familiarity with Kajabi and WhatsApp. Along with basic funnel or landing-page know-how.
