I’ve just come back from 3 incredible days running my retreat with an amazing group of women. It’s hard to put into words how life changing an experience it was, but I wanted to share a little behind the scenes to talk about some of the key takeaways and learnings from this transformational retreat.
I was blown away by the women who joined me on this retreat. They arrived with open hearts and minds, ready to lean in and go deep, which is what it’s all about. My retreats incorporate a lot of deep inner mindset work, where we shift beliefs and mindset blocks, combined with business, strategy and setting goals for all areas of life. We focus a lot on overall wellness too, with yoga and the most delicious and nourishing food. I’ve never eaten better in my life!
