Jessica Williamson and Zsuzsa Octaviano, the minds behind Perth brands Ete Swimwear and Zeditation, are inviting locals to join in a morning full of fun and relaxation in Sun, Salt and Healing, an event aiming to raise funds and awareness for The Art2Healing Project.

Ms Williamson said the not-for-profit organisation helped human sex trafficking survivors through art therapy, a “phenomenal” organisation that they were eager to help in whatever way they could.

“We want to have a positive impact on all levels of community and we feel this event is truly doing something good,” she said.

“We also wanted to create an event where a community can come together for a fun morning.

“The morning is for people to experience yoga and meditation in a light-hearted and fun environment.

“You’ll also be contributing to phenomenal non-for-profit organisation The Art2Healing Project, which uses yoga, meditation, art therapy and other healing modalities to help heal women from the trauma of sex trafficking and sexual abuse in Asia.”

Sun, Salt and Healing will be at Leighton Beach on February 19.

Tickets to the event are $25 from www.ssh2017.eventbrite.com.au.
