In today’s episode, I am chatting with Sarah Patterson who is a naturopath and really passionate about helping people turn their overwhelm and stress into calm, energy and clarity. 

If you’re overworked and stressed out, Sarah knows where you are coming from. She has faced her own burnout from working over 6 months doing ridiculously long hours and continuously pushing herself to keep going. 

Incredibly, she managed to turn that around and get out of her burnout within 2 weeks! 

Sarah shares her methods with us today and reveals 3 really easy and effective ways to reduce burnout and stress. 

Long-term stress has such an enormous reaction in our bodies that manifests into frustrating physical symptoms as well as feeling overwhelmed, highly strung, irritable and numb.
