How Lack of alignment & congruency creates a lack of self trust

 

You're doing all the right things, but there's a disconnect between the leader you're trying to become and how you honestly view yourself. It's like you're wearing a mask, playing a role that doesn't entirely match your internal reality. You might find yourself saying all the right words, but deep down, something feels off.

 

Trust me, people can sense that and that’s where sometimes it can feel like people don’t truly see your value or the opportunities aren’t flowing in despite you taking all the action!

 

When we are incongruent it creates a lack of trust not just for your audience but for YOU too. Your subconscious is taking note and overtime this can build up to a lack of trust, or feelings of imposter syndrome. It's like a hidden barrier holding you back.

 

I'm here to walk with you on this path to becoming the powerful, authentic leader you're already capable of being. Because, authentic leadership radiates from a place of alignment.

 

If you want to be A great leader YOU first need to be great

 

So many people want to jump straight to influencing others and big groups of people, when they still aren’t actually leading themselves.

 

Imagine…

 

You’re wanting people to pay you thousands of dollars yet you are late to all your appointments or never reply to all those urgent emails in your inbox because you are overwhelmed or you’ve been booked to do a keynote speech all about your success yet internally you don’t yet feel successful or don’t see yourself as that iconic leader yet. The energy is going to be off.

 

It doesn’t mean you have to wait to get more tangible success. It starts with the inner work and meeting yourself where you are at!

 

How you lead yourself is far more important than whether or not people see you as a leader

 

Most people have this backward: they’re so focused on marketing, messaging and trying to be seen as a “leader”.

 

But when you lead yourself with integrity and brutal self-honesty in alignment with who you want to be… for YOU. You BECOME the leader. You no longer have to TRY to create messaging that sounds like a leader because you just ARE.

 

The moment I stopped pushing and turned my focus inward everything just CLICKED. I began cleaning up my energy leaks, where I was not leading myself in the way I expected others to see me.

 

I stopped bending boundaries, letting my emotions dictate how I showed up, shifting a tonne of subconscious blocks and shadows that were keeping me playing small or self-sabotaging. And I doubled down on my own evolution. I set higher standards for myself while updating my inner perception of self. The more I grow, the more I double down on this.

 

This is how we create SAFETY in holding next level success. Because our subconscious then sees you in alignment, it builds deep self trust and no longer have to tackle with imposter syndrome because there is no longer a disconnect.

 

If you want to be a LEADER, you need to become besties with constant growth and evolution… not just sometimes.

 

Here’s the thing, everyone wants to step into their iconic leadership, have the income flowing in, feel fulfilled making your impact, build that community but not everyone is willing to do what it takes!

 

One standard I set for myself was my relationship with income and the energy I attach to it AND the clients I give my energy to.

 

The standards you hold are the standards you get in your world. The way you respect yourself and the trust you build with yourself is then reflected in the way people will respect you and trust you too.

 

The standards you set and the way YOU lead yourself is exactly the results and how people interact with you externally.  That is why this is the most important step of them all but sometimes the hardest to see & then implement.

 

This is where you can get really honest with how you are leading yourself (and our ego loves to go into defence mode – oh that’s not me, but just get curious with this): 

 

Overanalysing everything that’s wrong in your industry VS simply being the example and leading the way.

 

Comparing someone’s income & sales to your own VS focusing on serving your clients in a big way (and then watch the money flow in).

 

Constantly checking for new sales notifications VS remaining grounded & confident in the work you’re doing.

 

Spending all your time & energy looking to others for ‘inspiration’ VS Spending your time & energy on creating your own content and leading the way.

  

Now remember, this can often sometimes be the hardest work to do so remember its not about becoming someone else – but allowing yourself to be MORE of your iconic leader self and cleaning up all the behaviours that no longer serve you at that new level.
